Problem with Kodak easyshare running on Windows XP SP3

After upgrating my PC from Windows XP SP2 to Windows XP SP3, "Kodak EasyShare 7.1.0.1.31" program is
not running. There is not any information by the operating system about the reason. Please, inform
me what should be done.
